8) Ask Others for Advice
If you have been friendly to everyone you’ve met and/or you have a guild, chances are you know someone who plays your spec. Maybe you were in a raid with an Affliction Warlock who was crushing the DPS charts and you want to know how. Go and ask them how you can improve! Almost everyone you will be doing things with will want you to improve since most of the time they will directly reap the rewards for you doing so. For example, if you are pulling a low amount of DPS it’s going to take longer to down a raid boss. By improving your damage you can make the raid go more smoothly for everyone. Don’t be afraid to ask for help! Chances are the people who are at the top of the charts had the same struggles that you currently do until someone helped them out.
